The UPS Store® 360 Returns® Program
The UPS Store 360 Returns program provides customers a simple way to return merchandise to you at your designated location. All they have to do is drop the return off at any one of our many centers and our Certified Packing Experts will get their items to where they need to go, safely.
You can choose return options that best fit your needs. We can simply accept packages already prepared for return or pack and ship the item for your customers. You also have the option to have all shipping and/or packaging charges billed to you monthly or to have the customer, employee, guest, client, member, and/or other end-user pay for the service at the time of the transaction.

Group Ship®
Group Ship® is a proprietary return management solution for eligible businesses offered exclusively through The UPS Store. Through the Group Ship® program, a The UPS Store client can direct its customers to bring eligible return items to The UPS Store locations without a box or label and The UPS Store will process, pack, and ship the items to a designated location.
